Water Play Day

Today was water play day at Brady's school and it was totally splashtastic! Activities included: a car wash (Brady's favorite); shaving cream art; sprinkler and pool fun; bubbles; chalk drawing; scrubbing play kitchens (who knew that could be enjoyable); and a huge Nemo water slide. To top things off, the kids were treated with yummy snow cones afterwards. Brady and Mommy are sure going to miss Little Lambs this summer. His teachers have been nothing but wonderful and have really made Brady feel special and love school.

No Socks Day

May 8

I swear these are all real holidays, at least according to google.com! :)

Future Fred Astaire

Here are a few more pictures of Brady dancing at cousin Melissa's wedding. The little "show-stopper" was a joy to watch or should I say hilarious to watch. Brady, the heartthrob, started off dancing with a little girl for a few songs, then proceeded all on his own to ask an older woman (a total stranger) to dance. He danced with her for probably half an hour. By the end of the night she was referring to him as her "Brady Boyfriend." For his final dance, again with no prompting, Brady held his hands up to the bride and asked her to dance which Melissa graciously picked him up and sweetly danced. Greg and I spent the night cracking up wondering who had taken over our son's body. We had the best time watching him and agreed that he definitely had Daddy's moves. At one point, Brady even did the electric slide (appropriately at the end of a song I might add) across the dance floor! Hysterical!

Family Day at Splashpad

Brady cracked up each time the bucket of water landed on his head. He had fun deciding which bucket was going to turn over next so he could get drenched. On the other hand, Cash preferred to stay dry in the red car where the sprinklers wouldn't hit him. He stayed in the driver's seat the whole time! When Brady jumped in the back seat and asked Cash to drive him to Target, Daddy didn't like that so much and made him pretend to drive the car to a baseball game instead. Hmmm...I wonder why Brady thinks you have to go to Target everytime you get into a car?

Spring Sing

Mommy, Daddy, Cash, Grandma, and Granny went to Brady's school to watch him perform in the Spring Sing. It was fun to watch the kids sing all of the songs they enjoyed throughout the year with Miss Melissa in Music class. Brady's favorite was "All the Fish" where he could clap his hands together and SNAP like an alligator then fall into the water (onto the floor) and go SPLASH!

Of course, Brady couldn't have all of the fun so I took Cash to Baby Storytime at the library afterwards so he could dance and sing too, basically just grin from ear to ear!
