Brady started playing Spring Soccer recently at the YMCA. With this crazy cold weather though it’s felt more like winter soccer which is why we’ve only made it to a few practices. The first game was played during 30 degree weather and felt like a blizzard. All the kids were crying because they were cold, Brady wore socks on his hands to try to stay warm, and the team huddles were done underneath comforters. It was miserable! The following week, the weather was much nicer but we had another obstacle as you can see in the pictures above. Brady and Noah were inseparable and paid no attention to the game. They were all over the place except by the ball. Coach Delany kept calling their names “Brady Noah” the entire game in attempt to corral them but it didn’t work. Noah’s parents and I decided every Friday we need to get the boys together to play so they are bored of each other by Saturday and can hopefully concentrate on the game. We’ll see what happens next week…
