Look who's on two wheels! We tried unsuccessfully several times this summer to teach Brady to ride his bike without training wheels. We finally just gave up and put the training wheels back on until he was ready. Well, one day out of the blue, months later, he asked to take them off. I needed to go quickly to the store and thought, "Greg, you have fun with that!" In about thirty minutes when I returned, this is who I saw riding down the street. He had done it! Brady taught himself how to ride a bike! (Please ignore the black socks. Brady had dressed himself and I didn't know it was going to be a photo op day.) Greg said he just hopped on and took off like it was nothing! He could even make full turns immediately. Now stopping the bike is another story, he likes to throw his bike onto the grass and fall off instead of slowing down and using his feet. Brady thinks crashing is way more fun and doesn't want to learn the correct method. Oh well, one step at a time, right!
By the way, Cash thought he was pretty cool himself riding his plasma bike and wanted me to take a picture of him too!
